This is for you Papa.
I know how much you love this food, the music of the Gipsy Kings and the beach in Spain.
- Pimientos des Padrón (200 gram)
- Butter & olive oil
- Fleur de Sel (coarse) & fresh Pepper
- 1 table spoon of soy sauce
So this is the most easiest antipasti I have ever done. You wash & dry the Pimientos and fry them in butter and a little bit of the Fleur de Sel. Once they start to change their color you deglaze them with a teaspoon of soy sauce.
Now you put them on a plate with some fresh olive oil on top and some fresh pepper & corse salt.
